The Five Star Rating System

***** - Perfect
**** ½ - Near perfect
**** - Excellent
*** ½ - Very good
*** - Good
** ½ - Above average fare, but not quite 'good'
** - Decent/Okay/Average
* ½ - Below average, but solid
* - Competent, but paint-by-numbers
½* - Junk, but enough mojo to not be worthless
DUD - Zero; bad, but not offensively bad

Ratings are awarded in quarter-star increments. Negative stars may be assigned in cases where a match is deemed 'offensively bad'

A good informal rule is that anything 1-star and up is at least watchable, anything 2-stars and up don't FF through, anything 3-stars and up is worth making an effort to see, and anything 4-stars and up is a must see.

What to Watch...

Back in the 90s, internet wrestling reviews mainly focused on helping fans decide what tape to hunt down to rent or buy, and in many cases finding the shows in question could be extremely difficult. If your local video store didn't stock it, you might have been out of luck.

Fast forward to today, and wrestling content has never been so readily available. This sites reviews focus less on what to hunt down, as opposed to what's worth the time to cue up.

With all the entertainment options available at our fingertips today (wrestling and otherwise), what's worth spending our limited free time on?
