Original Airdate: July 5, 1994

Your Host is Willie Watts

Public Enemy are pissed at the Funk Brothers. Why were they shooting promos in the dark?

ECW Tag Team Title Match: Public Enemy v Dan Evans and Bruno Sassi: From Philadelphia Pennsylvania on June 26. The challengers try to wrestle, but the Enemy keep leaning into brawling. Even when forced to wrestle, the champs dominate, until things break down into a big brawl with all four guys, and the champs deliver a combo at 11:20. This felt endless. ¼*

Tommy Cairo is going to give Sandman a taste of his own medicine, right after he gets done fucking his wife

Sandman is very excited about the dueling canes match. Also, smoking

Pitbull #1 introduces us to Pitbull #2

ECW Television Title Match: Mikey Whipwreck v Pitbull #2: From Philadelphia Pennsylvania on June 26. Pitbull destroys him for a while, so Mikey tries a bodypress, but gets caught in a two-alarm backbreaker. Pitbull press-drops him out of the ring, where Jason takes some shots. Back in, Mikey wins a criss cross by attacking Jason, so Pitbull #1 comes in for the DQ at 4:08. Afterwards, they beat Mikey down, so Tazmaniac tries to make the save, but gets his ass kicked as well. ¼*

Backstage, Paul E. Dangerously looks forward to Shane Douglas defending the ECW Title against Sabu, but is annoyed that all TV coverage is focused on OJ Simpson. Yeah, get used to that, bud

Cactus Jack is done with Disney. Soon enough

Dangerously cuts a second promo on Douglas on behalf of Sabu

Sabu v Chad Austin: From Philadelphia Pennsylvania on June 26. Sabu with a slingshot legdrop at 2:21. Sabu was full of piss and vinegar this week. ½*

ECW Title Match: Shane Douglas v Tommy Dreamer: From Philadelphia Pennsylvania on June 26. Mr. Hughes attacks Tommy almost immediately, and Douglas decks the referee for the quick DQ at 0:17. Well, that was a good use of a match. Afterwards, the heels beat Dreamer down, but he just keeps fighting. They eventually subdue him, and Douglas cuts a promo on Sabu, making sure to make bitter comments about WCW. DUD

BUExperience: This show is a chore sometimes. Not all times. But certainly this time.
