Original Airdate: October 31, 1987 (taped October 6)
From Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Your Hosts are Vince McMahon, Bruno Sammartino, and Jesse Ventura
Demolition v Scott Casey and Brady Boone: Jesse makes a point of telling us how much he likes Demolition’s theme. A man of taste! Billy Jack Haynes split screens in here, excited that his cousin Brady Boone is in the WWF. Demolition pick up the win at 3:25. Afterwards, they continue the beating, until Haynes makes the save for his cousin. And Scott Casey. But, even with the numbers advantage, Demolition kicks all of their asses anyway. Now that’s the way you do it! That all pulls Ken Patera out to make the save, but Demolition beat him up as well! DUD
Craig DeGeorge is in the control center for Special Report, with a look at the brewing Jim Duggan/Harley Race feud
Sam Houston v Danny Davis: Houston outmoves him early, and a dropkick leaves Danny begging off in the ropes. Sam keeps coming with a wristlock, and he wrestles it to the mat for an armbar. Houston with a powerslam for the pin at 2:14 - despite Davis having a foot on the ropes! DUD
Gene Okerlund catches up with WWF Intercontinental Champion Honky Tonk Man, who has been enjoying signing autographs for what he did to Miss Elizabeth
Ted DiBiase v Sivi Afi: Ted pounds him into the corner, but a cross corner whip backfires when Afi rebounds with a 2nd rope bodypress for two. Afi with a pair of armdrags and a dropkick to send Ted to the outside, as Koko B. Ware split screens in, proudly proclaiming that he’s better than money. I’ll still take the cash. Inside, DiBiase gets control, and plants a backelbow. A 2nd rope elbowsmash finds the mark, but another backelbow misses, and Afi dropkicks him a few more times. Afi with right hands, but another dropkick misses the mark, and Ted powerslams him. That allows Ted to get a sharpshooter on at 3:23. Gosh, it took him forever to figure out the Million Dollar Dream, didn’t it? ¼*

10-Man Battle Royal: We've got: Bam Bam Bigelow, Hercules, Bob Orton, Outback Jack, One Man Gang, Nikolai Volkoff, Boris Zhukov, Junkyard Dog, Don Muraco, and Ultimate Warrior in there. Jesse notes that it’s nearly impossible to call a battle royal, since there are so many guys in the ring at once. Good thing he was out of wrestling in 1995. We get down to Bigelow, Hercules, Orton, and Warrior, and Bob immediately sneaks up to eliminate Warrior. The heels decide to double up on Bam Bam, and he uses cartwheels and somersaults to evade them. This is exactly why no one ever steps to Simone Biles. They manage to corner him, but Bam Bam fights them off, and dumps them both at the same time at 3:53, drawing a huge pop. That was one quick battle royal. ¼*
Randy Savage v Shadow #2: Jesse wonders how they know it’s #2 out there, as opposed to Shadow #1. Maybe they just asked him? Macho with a flying elbowdrop at 1:35. DUD
